Richard L. Renninger Richard L. Renninger was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer of OSI Restaurant Partner, LLC. in January 2008 after serving as Senior Vice President of Real Estate and Development from May 2005. Immediately prior to joining OSI, Mr. Renninger served as Vice President of Real Estate for RARE Hospitality where he had responsibility for real estate development of RARE's multiple brand portfolios. From 1992 to 2002, Mr. Renninger was employed by Waffle House, Inc., a private restaurant company. Mr. Renninger served in various capacities of increasing responsibility including Real Estate Representative, Assistant Vice President/ Director of Franchise Development, Vice President/Director of Real Estate and Vice President of Construction. Mr. Renninger is a graduate of Harvard University with a concentration in economics.
