Peter R. Barli Peter R. Barli was appointed president of Lee Roy Selmon’s in October 2003. From 1995 through October 2003, he served as chief operating officer of First Coast Restaurant Group which was successful in developing Carrabba's Italian Grill in the Alabama, north Florida, east Georgia and South Carolina regions. From 1991 through 1995, he was a Managing Partner for Outback Steakhouse in south Florida. Prior to joining OSI Restaurant Partners, Inc., he was the area supervisor of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania area for Steak & Ale. Mr. Barli has been in the hospitality industry for over 30 years.
