Paul E. Avery Paul E. Avery was appointed Chief Operating Officer of OSI Restaurant Partners, LLC. (OSI) in March of 2005. Most recently, he served as President of OSI – East Coast Concepts overseeing Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba’s Italian Grill, Lee Roy Selmon’s and Cheeseburger In Paradise. Mr. Avery was president of Outback Steakhouse for seven years, after having served as senior vice president (1993-1997) and director of operations (1990-1993). He first began his career with Outback Steakhouse in 1989 as a managing partner in Palm Harbor. Prior to joining Outback, Mr. Avery was a regional supervisor for the Steak & Ale Restaurant Corporation for 7 1/2 years where he began as a manager in training in 1982. Return to Executive Officers
