by Zagat’s Full-service Chains Survey. In addition
to receiving top honors, Outback was also voted Most

Thousands of diners who participated in this survey,
which included 21of the largest family-dining restaurant
companies, eat at large chain restaurants an average
of 5.1 times per month (out of a possible 90 meals
per month).
According to Zagat, 86 percent of questionnaire
respondents reported the quality of food as their
#1 priority when choosing where to dine, while 50
percent said service was the reason they would pick
one restaurant over another. Outback took 1st place
for the best food, and 2nd place for service.
“We
are honored to be recognized by the esteemed Zagat
