Mark D. Running Mark D. Running was appointed president of Roy’s in January 2004. Roy’s is a 50/50 joint venture with Roy Yamaguchi Enterprises, and OSI Restaurant Partners, Inc., currently operating 18 restaurants in 9 states. Mr. Running began his career with Roy’s in 2000 as the west coast joint venture partner, opening 8 restaurants, and later became the vice president of operations. Prior to joining Roy’s, Mr. Running held senior level positions with TGI Fridays, Marriott International, The Capital Grille, and Morton’s of Chicago.
