Joseph J. Kadow Joseph J. Kadow joined OSI Restaurant Partners, LLC. as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of OSI Restaurant Partners, Inc. in 1994. In 2001, he was promoted to Senior Vice President and in 2005 to Executive Vice President and Chief Officer – Legal and Corporate Affairs. Prior to joining Outback, Mr. Kadow was a partner in the law firm of Baker and Hostetler. He is a 1981 graduate of the Dickinson School of Law at Penn State University and received a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting from the University of Scranton in 1978. Return to Executive Officers
