Irene Wenzel Irene Wenzel was named Senior Vice President of Purchasing of the Company in February 2003. Irene began her career with Outback Steakhouse in 1988 as a Manager in the original Outback Steakhouse restaurant on Henderson Boulevard in Tampa, Florida. In 1992, Ms. Wenzel transitioned from the operations side of the business to the home office and began to take on Purchasing responsibilities. In 1997, Ms. Wenzel was named Vice President of Purchasing for the Outback Steakhouse brand. Prior to 1988, she was employed by Bennigan’s as a manager. Return to Executive Officers
