Development Analyst - OSI Development Analyst will be responsible for teaming with a selected vendor to create and improve a development model for OSI Restaurants. This model will affect key decisions regarding OSI’s real estate portfolio (i.e. openings, closures, relocations, remodels, lease renewals, benchmark analysis, competitive analysis, etc.), as well as provide test and measurement functions for Development-related decisions and strategies. Key responsibilities include: Development Data - working with team to maintain and improve: OSI location site data Competitor location site data Seat changes over time (Competitive impacts, cannibalization, reverse cannibalization) Demographic data Trade Area definition and calculation Shopping Center, customer satisfaction, financial, industry, etc. Development Analytics Creation of Development Models Market level analytics (growth penetration, saturation, etc.) Decision Support Integrate data; support benchmark/sales forecast development Real Estate priority lists (remodel, relocations, etc) Test and control selection support Field/RE Mapping Required/Requested Skills • Analytic and problem-solving skills • Skill in refining business models and managing updates • High attention to detail • Good communication • Strong user of Microsoft Office software Qualifications • BS in Geography or Information Systems with analysis focus preferred (not required) • Retail/Restaurant development analytics experience • Experience with GIS decision making in a retail environment • Experience with GIS software/demographic programs (Mapinfo, ArcGIS, SRC) Qualified applicants are requested to submit resumes. return to home office opportunities
