People Services Business Partner (Field) - OSI Position Description The People Services Business Partner will be responsible for supporting for OSI Restaurant Partners restaurant concepts. Responsibilities will include team member relations, recruiting, compensation, leadership development and supporting our diversity strategy. This role will also be a key contributor in facilitating a "great place to work" at all of our locations and ensuring that People Services practices/policies reflect the company's Principles & Beliefs.
