People Services Business Partner (Field) - OSI

Position Description
The People Services Business Partner will be responsible for supporting for OSI Restaurant Partners restaurant concepts. Responsibilities will include team member relations, recruiting, compensation, leadership development and supporting our diversity strategy. This role will also be a key contributor in facilitating a "great place to work" at all of our locations and ensuring that People Services practices/policies reflect the company's Principles & Beliefs.

Qualifications
• Advanced or undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required
• Talent management and leadership development experience
• Significant employee relations experience
• 12 or more years generalist experience
• Previous HR leadership experience in a restaurant, multi unit or retail environment
• Strong selection and recruiting experience
• SPHR Certification
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
