Director of People Services - OSI Position Description The Director of People Services will be responsible for managing People Services for the Home Office of OSI Restaurant Partners, LLC located in Tampa, Fl. Responsibilities include team member relations, home office recruiting support, compensation, policy development, business continuity planning and leadership development. This role will also be a key contributor to facilitating a "great place to work" at our home office and ensuring that People Services practices/policies reflect the company's Principles & Beliefs.
