Dennis L. Prescott Dennis Prescott was appointed president of Cheeseburger In Paradise in January 2006. Mr. Prescott’s career with OSI Restaurant Partners, Inc. began in 1991 as a managing partner for Outback Steakhouse. He later became a joint venture partner in the Virginia/Maryland region for 3 years where he directed operations for 17 restaurants.
